Funny to think of Abram/Abraham as a young child when I usually think of him as a wise patriarch full of years and leaning on a staff.

I never did until someone mentioned Noah still being alive when Abram was born. Then I went and plotted all the births/lifespans of the patriarchs on a stacked bar chart to get a visual of the overlap of their lives — all that’d be left would be to know whether they lived near enough to actually know each other.
One does get a grasp of how oral tradition was so successful, though.
