A local pastor says that the unprovoked attack on Israel by Hamas terrorists is a fulfillment of scripture, ushering in the end time.
He did not want to be named since he says it is a sensitive topic for many denominations, not just in Solomon Islands but the World.
The local pastor leads a sizeable congregation in Honiara, and is calling on Christians to pray for Israel, and to prepare their families spiritually.
“This is a once in a generation war, and if you look at the scriptures this was predicted thousands of years ago. This war will usher in the end times, and very soon the antichrist will show himself, all the signs are there.
“There will be a peace treaty, because that is the only way this war will end, and that is when the antichrist will take center stage, he will lead negotiations and will appear as the peace maker.
“But that is a mask, and it will be over in 7 years when he will show his true colors, so we must be ready.”

Maranatha!
A little premature. It’s gonna get a lot worse first
Well, if a local unnamed pastor says it, then it must be Gospel. Let’s get ready to Rapture!
I agree, but the snowball effect will continue to make this more obvious with time.
The title might be a bit misleading with all that must happen with End Times Eschatology.
The article mentions Greg Laurie.
I wish they would have highlighted who it was.
JD Farag, Jimmy Evans, Jack Hibbs, many others have said the same thing for years.
Thanks. They could all very well be correct, so I say this somewhat tongue in cheek:
We should maybe look at their track records and see how many of the last ten end-times they’ve accurately predicted.
Look, most God fearing people can sense this. I’ve even seen a few atheists question this on Twitter. People know instinctively that something big is on the horizon and it’s not good. This was before the war broke out in Israel by the way.
It is well known by Bible scholars that the end times will be during a time of war in the middle East. As a result every time there is a war they cry that “THE END IS NEAR!”
Yet it has not happened yet because it will be in a time when people are not looking for it.
Amos 5:18
18Woe to you who long for the Day of the LORD! What will the Day of the LORD be for you? It will be darkness and not light. 19It will be like a man who flees from a lion, only to encounter a bear, or who enters his house and rests his hand against the wall, only to be bitten by a snake.
20Will not the Day of the LORD be darkness and not light, even gloom with no brightness in it?
I like Farag! I just recently stumbled upon his youtube channel.

Satan, through the anti Christ will show his true colors in the middle of the 7 years, not afterwards. But first must come the rapture. (not going to argue with people who say there is no rapture. They are deluded, blinded, and mistaken. I pray they don’t find out the hard way that they are wrong.
I agree wholeheartedly. This is child’s play compared to the 70’s.
Of course I think we are near the end, very near. But I agree, there is likely more turmoil to come. For me, as excited as I am, I try to refrain from focusing so hard on the “when”. I actually get distracted by trying to read every single tea leave - and there is now a whole lot of people all over social media with thoughts, ideas, and dreams. I strain to not fix my focus on the waves and the storms all around.
His prophecy updates are awesome!
You need to go to jdfarag.org to watch them it their entirety since social media loves to censor.
👍
It’s about all you can say at this point.
The delusion is overwhelming and they just refuse to believe the Bible (what else don’t they believe?)
I’m done arguing with them too. No point.
Those of us who believe will relish in the fact that Our Savior is Coming soon.
Thanks! I will!
It’s barely started.
“Pastor Says End Time is Near”
Again!
Maybe it’s just me, but most Christians I talk to are still planning their next summer vacation (2024) and even a few years down the road.
I bring up Eschatology and I get that look that I’m one of “those”.
IMHO, less than 5% of Christians even know the season we’re living in, but YMMV.
