I have my doubts if Tim Scott is “biblically sound”. Most aren’t. To be biblically sound one has to “study to show thy self approved unto God, a workman who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth”. That’s approved UNTO GOD. Not man, which is what most people are approved unto.

We need to put revenue limitations on all levels of government.
