I would also be wary of Turkey and the formation of a new Ottoman Empire, uniting the Muslim world.

Seems like Turkey gets destroyed in that same Ezekiel 38/39 war that destroys.

“Togarmah” and possibly “Gomer” could refer to Turkey. LeHaye seems to think Gomer is Germany. I’ve heard that one before, but I have a hard time imagining that scenario.

You’re right though. Turkey is definitely a nation to keep on the watch list. They are powerful.

Meanwhile Hkraine is trying very hard to get the job done. They probably have heard the saying, “God helps those who help themselves.”n

I’ve traveled in the Arab world - granted it was over 25 years ago, and the Arabs in Syria, in Bahrain and to a much lower extent in Oman were
1. Against Israel in Syria and secondarily against Turkey
2. Against Iran in Bahrain and secondarily against Qatar. Israel was an “ah yeah”
3. Against the Saudis, then the Qataris and for name-purpose Israel in Oman.

Arabs remember the Turkish empire and don’t want that again - look at how quickly the Saudis have been tearing down Ottoman structures.

Also remember that in the early 1800s, the Ottomans hung the ancestors of the present House of Saudi
