To: Alberta's Child

A lot of folks in Chicago don’t have a car. I certainly didn’t when I lived there.

Two hours each way for large families with young children is possible, but is not trivial. It also means that you cannot be involved with normal church activities on a regular basis.

This Church was built by martyrs. Traveling two hours to Mass sure seems trivial in comparison, doesn’t it?

And I know the people in these TLM communities are dedicated enough to organize carpools to bring fellow faithful who don’t have cars to Mass with them.
