This Church was built by martyrs. Traveling two hours to Mass sure seems trivial in comparison, doesn’t it?

And I know the people in these TLM communities are dedicated enough to organize carpools to bring fellow faithful who don’t have cars to Mass with them.

I have done it, cramming 5 people in a tiny Ford Contour with no AC in 100 degrees for a 110 mile drive from Columbus to Mableton, GA. While it is trivial compared to the martyrs, it was NOT conducive to instilling piety in my growing children, or for my wife’s health, as certain conditions she has were worsened by the trivial drive. It is better than the early 80s but that’s not saying much. We are one mile away now. We moved for that when I could. This is better.
