He didn’t create confusion, which is exactly what the RCC has done for millennia by enforcing Latin in all of their sermons and texts in nations that have no affinity to the language.

The confusion is entirely yours, for not understanding the difference between a sermon, which is always in the vernacular, and a prayer, which isn't addressed to you anyway.
