Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has a message for the radical abortion activists who think they can bully the Supreme Court into revising its draft opinion overturning Roe v. Wade: You can’t bully us.
Abortion activists plan to “raise hell” at churches across the country on Mother’s Day with protests and, some fear, violence as outrage grows in response to a leaked draft opinion from the U.S. Supreme Court that overturns Roe v. Wade.
But Justice Thomas says those mislaid plans will not work in terms of bullying the high court to go back on its apparent decision.
Thomas spoke at the 11th Circuit judicial conference in Atlanta where he discussed the Supreme Court’s leaked draft opinion for the first time.
As a society, “we are becoming addicted to wanting particular outcomes, not living with the outcomes we don’t like,” Thomas said.
“We can’t be an institution that can be bullied into giving you just the outcomes you want. The events from earlier this week are a symptom of that.,” Thomas said, according to reports.
Chief Justice John Roberts spoke at the same conference Thursday, where he called the leak “absolutely appalling.” He, too, said the violence and attacks form pro-abortion activists would not influence the Supreme Court’s final decision.

I would wish (a pipe dream, I know) that all nine Justices would gather and release a statement denouncing the ongoing illegal intimidation. I also would like several dozen GOP leaders, from both House and Senate issue a statement and remarks live on TV. Would also like Obama and Bill Clinton and George Bush to come together to denounce the threats. I know it is not going to happen...

No issues at our Catholic Churches in Phoenix today. The pro-aborts don’t have the numbers for anything widespread like that. They do better conversing on DC.
Justice Thomas has more quality and moral fiber than most of the rest of that bunch. G-d bless him!!
Nobody can bully Justice Thomas.
SC: In response to the threats we have reconsidered our position, and upon further consideration we find that the “right to life” is actually in the Constitution. No preborn child has broken any law or received the required due process in order to take his or her life. Therefore, no abortions can have any legal or Constitutional grounds whatsoever. This is now settled law.
