That’s the long way of saying, I agree. There will never be unity, and the only way the divide is closes is by us dying off. Then it will be a socialist paradise.

I Have just finished reading all five volumes of the writings of Dr. Francis Shaeffer, one of the greatest and most informed Christian minds I know about. He starts at the beginning with the Philosophers as he describes all of the ideologies which have permeated humanity since the beginning of the world. Secular humanism is the factor that will bring down humanity. The God is dead group is behind most of the misery in this world and they do not want the competition of the living God to interfere. As all of this was developing, our churches failed to engage in righteous protest against this Satanic tool. Is it too late for the remaining Christians to drop denominational differences and rise up against those who wish to take our faith from us? I don't know but I think we need to try.

This group goes around threatening lawsuits any time they discover a public body involved in any way with a Christian display or activity. They nearly always win because the cost of defending against such a lawsuit is more than the community can afford or justify.

My wife’s hometown used to display a lighted cross on their water tower. FFRF complained and demanded it be taken down. The village couldn’t afford the expense of the lawsuit and took the cross down. The people in town made it a point to crosses on private property everywhere they could. FFRF couldn’t do anything about that.

I have no problem with the Bible being read in public schools or the study of the bible in its historical context. But I do have a problem with Mr Graham trying to use schools to proselytize students to his particular theological bias.
