CNA Staff, Nov 19, 2020 / 02:15 pm MT (CNA).- La Civiltá Cattolica, the Jesuit-run magazine whose publication is overseen by the Vatican’s Secretary of State, has published an article praising the projected electoral victory of U.S. presidential candidate Joe Biden.
“Biden is a patient, poised and thoughtful man; he belongs to the old school of Democrats. He is a seasoned politician, friend of many Republican congressmen, who in their hearts, probably, wished for his victory. He is part, as they say, of the 'establishment,'” according to the article, by Italian Jesuit Giovanni Sale.
Earlier this week, U.S. bishops’ conference president Archbishop Jose Gomez said at a meeting of the U.S. bishops that Biden “will support policies that are against some fundamental values that we hold dear as Catholics.”
The La Civiltá Cattolica article was likely written ahead of Gomez’ remarks.
The article said of Biden that “despite being a practicing Catholic, he has never used his religious affiliation for reasons of political propaganda, or to 'grab' the vote of the Latinos, who are far less unified than it is believed. In a time of disarray and of chaos, Biden reassures; he seems to be able to hold on to some principles that are in the nature of the American democracy. This has determined his victory.”
In fact, Biden campaigned heavily on his Catholic identity, buying print, radio, and television ads centered around Biden’s identity as a Catholic, and making reference to Pope Francis from the campaign trail and in ads.
In August, a Biden ad featured the former vice-president’s recollections of a meeting with Pope Francis, along with praise for religious sisters.
That ad came after Biden’s pledge to renew legal action against the Little Sisters of the Poor, removing freedom of conscience protections which exempt the sisters from.........

Every time an American looked at an item for where it was made in it came from China. Now China’s reliance making everything was being threatened by a change in leadership in America which was a major consumer of those products. When Americans hailed their leaders decision to make many of them in their country US. Their politburo worried.
Worse yet opponents to the Chinese regime in power had its citizens protesting its policies , as in Hong Kong, since that change in American leadership wave the American flag and present Trump’s name when doing so. All of which presented those in power the need to destroy that leader Donald Trump.
Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? Thus wind up fragmenting its economy and create defeat for that leader’s upcoming election.
Any conclusion that calls for a Biden presidency is a Victory for the Chicoms and their use of Covid19
No surprise, the Jesuits have been the socialist commie wing of the Catholic Church. The Pope is a Jesuit.

#10. Your comment about Cardinal Parolin, “the man who sold out the faithful Catholics in Red China at Bergoglio’s behest” reminds me of two things about the “old” Jesuits.
Those in Asia knew, hated and suffered from communism (killed, tortured, jailed, exiled), esp. from Red China and Vietnam. I knew a decent Jesuit priest who spent 6 months in a Red Chinese jail with Chinese prisoners after the conquest of that country.
He saw how the Reds worked their psychological warfare on the “faithful” at first hand. When I met him, he was teaching and ministering on Taiwan island, Rep. of China.
Many of my old friends were from the famed “Old China Hands” who warned of the Communists versus the State Dept and FDR White House advisors (who usually turned out to be Soviet NKVD/GRU agents - Curie, Dexter White, Owen Lattimore, the Institute for Pacific Relations band of traitors, Coe, etc.). This included Rep. Walter Judd, Gen. Bernie Yoh (Kuomintang army), Prof. Stephen Chowe (American Un) and professors at the foreign policy schools at the then pro-American “Georgetown Un” and “George Washington Un”.
On the other hand, the Latin American Jesuits were largely “Liberation Theology” proponents/followers and were largely Marxists or Marxist oriented/duped, esp. Rev. Brady
Tyson, Rev. Joseph Eldridge, Rev. Phil Wheaton, etc. (Not sure of all were Jesuits but they were all Marxists).
There were some Catholic priests, possibly Jesuits, in Chile who warned about Allende’s Marxism while a small contingent in the universities there who were pro-Allende and “liberation theology” Marxist proponents.
Today, I view the Vatican’s Jesuits largely as Marxists in priestly garb. Their own words and policies confirm this.
When the Church rids itself of the Jesuits entirely...the Faithful Catholics will return.
