Be convinced with these 4 biblical truths: 1. Each of us has sinned; 2. God is just, requiring a punishment for sin; 3. But out of love God sent His Son, Jesus Christ who by dying on the cross, provided forgiveness of sins in taking man’s deserved punishment; 4. Therefore, by faith alone in Christ’s sacrifice for our sins and belief in His resurrection, man can gain eternal life. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:9-10, Romans 3:21-26) Read more at https://teleiosresearch.com/salvation-explanation/.

Verse 12 provides in the clearest terms that the faithful saints of God “keep the commandments of God”. Because of their obedience, they are not subject to the punishment that God will pour out in full measure. Clearly if commandment keeping provides safety and immunity, breaking God’s commandments is what constitutes worshipping “the beast”, or his “image”, and receiving the “mark of the beast”.

Not a single person in the Old Testament was able to keep the Commandments...So it's obvious no one here in verse 12 will be able to either...So as YOU say, they will ALL be condemned to Hell...

Unless there is an atonement...So again I'll ask, what do they do for an atonement???

Brother, forgive Phil for his enthusiasm, perhaps it is his youth? The Apostle Paul certainly seemed obsessed with his zeal to preach the gospel, so that may not be such a bad trait. Also the word “cult”, although used as a pejorative slur, can be applied to any religion or denomination so the word is essentially meaningless.

This is probably red meat but I’m still throwing it out there. Let the chips fall where they may.

“Those who place themselves under God’s control, to be led and guided by Him, will catch the steady tread of the events ordained by Him to take place. Inspired with the Spirit of Him who gave His life for the life of the world, they will no longer stand still in impotency, pointing to what they cannot do. Putting on the armor of heaven, they will go forth to the warfare, willing to do and dare for God, knowing that His omnipotence will supply their need.” (7T 14)

If we are going to be part of the last work on earth, we (God’s messengers) will: 1. Have a desolating message (warnings) 2. Be part of a worldwide movement, warning that God’s mercy is about to cease! 3. Reveal Christ’s righteousness – the “ark” 4. Have a specific timing message (no ethereal guess work). There isn’t much time left! 5. Give convincing signs to the world that bring conviction That is what Daniel and Revelation are all about. That is why this study is of vital importance to God’s last messengers the world will ever hear.

“The solemn messages that have been given in their order in the Revelation are to occupy the first place in the minds of God’s people. Nothing else is to be allowed to engross our attention. “The testimony of Christ, a testimony of the most solemn character, is to be borne to the world. All through the book of Revelation there are the most precious, elevating promises, and there are also warnings of the most fearfully solemn import. Will not those who profess to have a knowledge of the truth read the testimony given to John by Christ? Here is no guesswork, no scientific deception. Here are the truths that concern our present and future welfare.” (8T 302 – 1904)

Absolutely wrong. Enoch and Abraham come to mind and I’m sure Noah and his family did too along with a “bunch” of others not specifically mentioned in the bible. How about Moses? Joseph? Elijah? Abel?

God’s Promise to Isaac
Genesis 26:
…4I will make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky, and I will give them all these lands, and through your offspring all nations of the earth will be blessed, 5because Abraham listened to My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws.”

Hebrews 11:
4By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as righteous when God gave approval to his gifts. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead. 5By faith Enoch was taken up so that he did not see death. He could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God. 6And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.…

Where do you get this stuff that humans can’t keep God’s commandments, that He specifically tells us to keep?

Maybe infertile now but if that time comes, and I believe we are close, word will spread and I believe many will have a change of heart and mind. It is a salvation issue. There’s no coming back from the Mark of the Beast and that’s a fact.

And one more thing about the audience here....

It’s not just the haters. It’s many others who probably follow what’s going on but don’t want to get into the fray and for obvious reasons. Why would they want to get dumped on like I have? I do it for God and I do it for them. They deserve to hear the truth if they are so inclined. How do I know they’re out there? Because I’ve already gotten messages of support from some of them (which I certainly appreciate and thank you very much to those of you). You would be surprised.

OK I was wrong...There were 5 or 6 people thruout history who kept the Commandments...Guess that proves your point eh??? No one needs an atonement...Because most will keep the Commandments...

Remind us again why Jesus died???

I’m just guessing there were many millions of people that kept God’s commandments. You should probably include the apostles? All the saints that were tortured and murdered for keeping the law of God instead of being called a heretic by the Catholic church? How about those for starters.

To your cult trained mind meaningless. But have you read Walter Martin's book, Kingdom of the Cults? Give it a read sometime. This is not Noss, Man's Religions. The word cult is used as a pejorative for religions trying to look Christian but full of blasphemous and/or heretical ‘stuff’

Rom_3:10  As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Rom_3:12  They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Rom_3:23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

Actually everyone needs an atonement for sin (except for the few exceptions to the rule)...Those people in Revelation need an atonement as well...And it has to be blood, from something...Something has to die...

Perhaps what you missed is that for the first three and a half years of the Tribulation Israel will be holding temple worship in their new temple which will include animal sacrifices to atone for their sins...

In the middle of that week the anti Christ will shut down the temple worship...God sends out 144,000 evangelists and removes the blinders from the Israelites so they can see Jesus for who he is...And accept him as their once for all atoning sacrifice/Savior...

If you live under the law, Jesus can NOT become your once for all, for all time sacrifice...If you need the law to save you and keep you saved, Jesus died in vain...Only two choices and you can't have both...You either trust yourself (and good luck with that) or you trust Jesus Christ...

So answer me this because I apparently missed it...Once you/we sin after we're saved, how do we make it right???

No. Is a free version online perhaps? I say the word "cult" is meaningless because of the definition of it. So, does your cult trained mind read the Bible and see Jesus kept the Sabbath? Adam did, Moses did, Abraham did and the Disciples did. But MHGinTN and the cult he/she belongs to does not. Do you call the Ten Commandments the Nine Commandments in your cult? Is the Ten Commandments ever referred to or does shame prevent it knowing you do not follow Gods holy law?

Hey I found him on YouTube! According to him I’m not in a cult. Hallelujah! He said the test of a cult is that they appear to be Christian but they deny Jesus is God in human form. Every single cult denies Jesus is God in human form. I do not. Isn’t that wonderful news? Now you’re sorry you for calling me a cultist, right? Of course I forgive you. That’s my Christian nature. Phew! I’m glad we got that over with.

You forget that Judas betrayed Jesus and Peter denied Christ 3 times.

I knew you would bring up those two and you further prove you either cannot or will not see the point. Did Peter follow Jesus through His preaching to the multitudes and go behind Him and tell everyone to reject whatever Jesus said? No. Did Judas' betrayal at the end of the three year ministry affect all the people who came to believe in Christ during His ministry? No. My point once again was that Jesus would NOT have permitted His Apostles to continue in His company had they wallowed in the same perversions as your church's hierarchy did and does.

To leave the Catholic Church is rejecting Jesus and not good for our souls.

On the contrary, it was when I left the Roman Catholic church and her accursed gospel that I fully accepted Jesus Christ and He saved my soul. While I was a Catholic I didn't know the truth about salvation by grace through faith - it was hidden from me behind a cloud of works righteousness that could NEVER save anyone. You seem to imagine that nobody can have a legitimate relationship with Almighty God unless they first join your church. How very cultic of you! I praise the Lord every day for His amazing grace, mercy and love.

It's gonna be interesting how the MOTB (supposed to be going to church on Sunday according to you/SDA) gets applied to a hand or forehead so that no one can buy or sell without it.

You & I won’t be around to see it.

Matthew 24:24
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

It’s not possible because we won’t be there.

“Remind us again why Jesus died???”

Trillion $ Question!

To save those who BELIEVE in HIM! Period...
There is something very prideful and sinful for people to really think that their deeds can ever garner anything with The Sovereign Lord God Himself - Jesus Christ.

How many Sabbaths did the Thief on the Cross celebrate?

I’ll give everybody a hint - less than all of us on this forum, yet - He’s with God in Heaven. Wow!
