A Brazilian pastor prayed to God to “destroy the Jews like vermin” and bring about a second Holocaust during a sermon in Rio de Janeiro.

Again, where is his doctrinal statement, and how does this sole criteria and this fringe group support your negative use of the term evangelical?
No, not “clearly” talking about an evangelical pastor.
The headline is about a pastor and later in the article, the adjective “evangelical” is tossed in, so your premise is wrong from the get go. But you ran with it anyways as if it were fact, written in stone.

Rather, a “No true evangelical” argument presupposes a criteria for being so, and which is what you have asserted is some idea of being born again. Thus it is you which are engaging in a “No true evangelical” argument since you exclude those from being so, but which you fail to substantiate as being held by this pastor whom you call evangelical, and to show why this is criteria is valid or unScriptural.
And oh yes, the fallacious unity argument by a member of fractured church in which even proabortion prohomosexual public figures are counted as members in life and in death, while self-proclaimed "true Catholics" excommunicate them and each other based upon their judgment of what true Catholic teaching is and their interpretation of it.

B. Failed to even show what his idea of being born again is .
As expressed, they are classed as being so by pollsters (who even include some Catholics as being born again/evangelical), but that it not the best definition, yet the issue is that of your sole criteria for uncritically making this Brazilian a representative of evangelical faith.
Thus we can ask, Do you think liberal Catholics are Pentecostals are Catholics? Do you think Ted Kennedy, Mayor Menino, Chavez, etc. were Catholic?

This brings the before lost / dead soul-spirit into the Family of God as an spiritually alive member in the body of Christ. Jesus told Nicodemus this very thing (John 3:1-3). Jesus taught the Born Again Truth to Nicodemus ... and for our understanding and ultimate acceptance, to be Born Again.
Jesus is very soon coming to the First Heaven to gather His Body of Christ Believers (term used as in 'student body' for reference understanding) built during the Age of Grace Church/Ekklesia epoch.
The bodily dead members of the Body of Christ, whose spirits have been in Heaven since their physical death, God will bring with Jesus as He 'descends' into the First Heaven, and these spirits will immediately be inputted to a new body and behavior mechanism exiting in a spacetime coordinate system un-sensed by the unregenerate like the Preterists. In the same instant we who are alive and remain will also be transformed (1 Corinthian 15:51-53) and caught up together with the risen dead ( 1 Thessalonians 4:17),to meet the Lord IN THE AIR (not upon the Earth, in the air, the First Heaven) and return with Jesus to the Father's House (john 14:1-3).
And once again, it is Jesus Who tells you that you must be born again to be delivered from the Wrath of God about to be poured out upon those whom God did not gather to Jesus in the Departure (1 Thess 1:3).
