Psalm 28:1-9

1 To you, O Lord, I call;
my rock, be not deaf to me,
lest, if you be silent to me,
I become like those who go down to the pit.

2 Hear the voice of my pleas for mercy,
when I cry to you for help,
when I lift up my hands
toward your most holy sanctuary.

3 Do not drag me off with the wicked,
with the workers of evil,
who speak peace with their neighbors
while evil is in their hearts.

4 Give to them according to their work
and according to the evil of their deeds;
give to them according to the work of their hands;
render them their due reward.

5 Because they do not regard the works of the Lord
or the work of his hands,
he will tear them down and build them up no more.

6 Blessed be the Lord!
For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy.

7 The Lord is my strength and my shield;
in him my heart trusts, and I am helped;

and with my song I give thanks to him.

8 The Lord is the strength of his people;
he is the saving refuge of his anointed.

Joining in psalms and prayer for our beloved America

May the Good Lord remember His people and help us in this spiritual fight for the soul of our nation.

Lifting up President Trump to You, Lord. Grant him strength during the relentless attacks of the wicked on all fronts. Be his refuge and his shield. Confound the evil machinations of the enemy within.

May during this Christmas season hearts be opened to receive the Good News of our Lord and Savior, God with us. And with Christ in us, may He work through us to make America great again.

In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with GOD, and the WORD was GOD. (John 1:1)

Thank You for Your Son JESUS, Who is the WORD. Thank You every Promise in the BOOK is ours. Thank You that the WORD You speak always produces fruit. It will accomplish all You want it to, and it will prosper everywhere You send it.

LORD, impart Your WORD in our hearts so we will not sin against You. Teach us to use Your WORD - the SWORD OF THE LORD - effectively to cast down every spirit, principality, power, and stronghold. Teach us to speak Your WORD to speak life to bring forth good. Remind us on the day of judgment we will give account for every careless word we speak.

Fill our PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, and leaders with Your SPIRIT. May they work hard so they can present themselves to You, GOD, and receive Your approval. May they be good workers, who do not need to be ashamed - who correctly explain the WORD of TRUTH. (2 Timothy 2:15)

In Your GRACE and MERCY, complete Your purpose for our lives.
