In a written testimony, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò claims Pope Francis withdrew sanctions against Archbishop Theodore McCarrick.
“The former U.S. nuncio wrote that Pope Francis “is abdicating the mandate which Christ gave to Peter to confirm the brethren,” and urged him to “acknowledge his mistakes” and, to “set a good example to cardinals and bishops who covered up McCarrick’s abuses and resign along with all of them.”

He fulfills the two requirements a bishop needs to do today to be a true shepherd, in the image of Jesus:
1. He states the problem is the homoclerical networking currently usurping the Church;
2. He names names.
” Pope Francis “continued to cover” for McCarrick.” Yup. Bergoglio is just doing his job: to stop the punishments from Benedict xvi. Several other cardinals are released from house arrest by Bergoglio. Time to restart the penalties from 2012 and Benedict.
If nothing else the “who am I to judge?” comment now has an answer. Unfortunately all now know who you really are.
