Answer: Liturgically it is not required. This is a pious custom that, while less common today, is still observed by many. This is not only in the liturgy, but at any time the name of Jesus is uttered, and also, quite commonly, the name of Mary. In the traditional Latin Mass, where clergy wear birettas (a kind of square hat with a pom), there is the additional tipping (lifting off) of the biretta at the names of Jesus, Mary and the saint of the day. This external and very visible action also helped the faithful remember to bow their heads.
This laudable custom has sadly declined. Some clergy and others still observe it, and, while it is not required, it is worthy of being encouraged. Other customs too should not be forgotten, such as making the Sign of the Cross when passing a Catholic Church, praying the Angelus at noon and 6 p.m., and so forth. The generations raised in the 1960s and ’70s largely abandoned such practices. However, many of their children have rediscovered some of these lost customs like a precious heirloom brought down from the attic. Thus, while being careful not to harshly judge those who do not follow this non-required custom, many can joyfully take it up again and encourage others to do so.
Catholics will say or rationalize anything to justify breaking the second commandment and the commandment to not address religious leaders using the title *father*.
I have never seen such adament refusal to obey a clear, simple command as either of those.

Blood sacrifices of substitutionally accepted innocent animals were made by sinful God-seeking, confessing, repenting, Jehovah-obeying men from the time of Adam and Eve's first Sin and Fall. But through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob God selected a particular family of people to be his priests, and show to the watching world the only process by which His righteous demands had to be satisfied so that He might again extend the invitation of fallible human beings into His fellowship and that of His Son (1 Cor. 1:9) as friends.
So under the law and its provisions established through Moses, God unilaterally instructed them how the atonement for their committed sins must be performed. All of this involved both blood sacrifices and plant-based sacrifices. The purpose of the scheme of sin-atonement under the Law was to illustrate what God required, and that is death of the human for any sin committed, of which the proof would be the exsanguination of the criminal. But under the Law, God showed the particularized method by which the substitutionary sacrifices could be made, culminating in an offering of animal blood, placed on the Mercy Seat that covered The Ark of the covenant, which was permanently placed in the Holy of Holies of the Tabernacle, pursuant to the explicit instructions given to Moses, and written down for their meticulous replication.
One feature of this process was that the Priest of all priests, the High Priest, was to perform this sacrifice of blood, but even then, only once a year, every year, as long as the Mosaic Covenant lasted.
Please note that however long this intermediate reign of the Law was permitted, still it was only temporary, and it was done temporally, and used symbols representing the True Sacrifice and Final Accountability that must eventually and finally be resolved, in the Presence of Almighty God, in His Place of Residence, in the Holy of Holies of Heaven itself.
Thus though in the world Jesus of Nazareth, slated from before the creation of the earth to be the Sacrificial Lamb of God, did complete the task of being born as a human, living a sinless life, and dying a substitutionary death on the part of all mankind, of which He was one, was perfectly finished, that opus in itself did not suffice to save other humans from death and Hell. His Work had to be reviewed, approved, and accepted by The God the Judge of all, with verdict pronounced.
That He shed the totally acceptable sacrificial Human Blood, though required, that submission to blood-letting was not sufficient, either.
What was necessary is that, in truth, as shown by the yearly rehearsal of the fallible earthly high priests of old on Yom Kippur, He as the Ultimate, Final, and Permanent Human High Priest should take His Shed Blood, enter the Heavenly Holy of Holies with it, and place it upon the Heavenly Mercy Seat for the assessment of the Mighty God and Judge of all men, awaiting His final verdict.
That Jesus The Man and High Priest did perform, and thus received the verdict and commendation from the Father, "Well done, Thou Good and Faithful Servant." By it God the Judge was propitiated, His Wrath slaked, His Anger stilled; whereupon He The Father was proactively willing to reconcile His created subjects to Himself.
It is that One-Time Offering of Jesus' Blood that completed His Heavenly Duties; and without that,the transaction of the Sin Debt being paid and accepted by the Mighty God, with Reconciliation being offered to such other humans as would accept the terms, would not have been finalized.

Your ignorance could be fixed, if you actually tried to learn from Scriptures. What did Jesus do to get a ‘tax’ payment for the government? Where did He get the money? What did He ask His disciples at the time? You can reason and learn, give it a try.

The main thrust of this commandment is that believers are not to worship anything that is earthly as a representation of God. The emphasis was on worshiping the idol, the image of an earthly thing, or the earthly thing itself in place of God. Idolatry is nearly always a major problem and downfall of God’s people—both then and now.
The first four commandments involve the direction of how we should relate to God; the remaining six describe our relationship with each other.
The first four commandments focus on Yahweh: “Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen” (1 Timothy 1:17). Amen” (1 Timothy 6:16). All attempts to make a physical representation of Yahweh’s eternal Being were forbidden and would result in capital punishment.
The New Testament extends and applies idolatry to anything that is worshiped instead of God(like the statuary of the Catholic MAry). The key is the worship of a thing or practice that takes the place of God. Attempting to portray the work of the Lord Jesus on Earth, in story form, is not worship or idolatry. That portrayal is merely an effort to tell the story of what Christ did while on Earth so that the gospel can be made clear and efficacious. Very few Christian groups use idols as a means to worship. BUT Catholicism is one of the exceptions ... if one could identify Catholicism as Christian, which it is not.
Since a faithful Catholic is instructed that ONLY the Org can interpret scriptures for them, we would not expect the Org priests to deflate their own empowerment in the Org (rhymes with Borg).
