COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 23, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) Twin premature newborn boys died at an Ohio hospital last year while staff stood by refusing to give them medical assistance, a pro-life group is reporting, and the hospital classified the boys deaths as stillbirth.
Both boys were born alive at 22 weeks and 5 days gestational age at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, according to the report.
The first born, Emery, survived for 45 minutes. His younger brother, Elliot, lived for two and a half hours, even crying, and his mother, Amanda, begged for help to no avail.
Alarming footage released today by Created Equal shows both boys just after their births.
Amanda is shown in the video beseeching in the case of Emery, You guys are going to save him, right? Promise me theyre going to save him.
Amanda then says, Look at him, please save him.
Amanda is shown holding and speaking to her newborn boys in the video.
Later in the video, she tells Elliot, Mommy tried, Mommy tried.

No words.
Get a good lawyer
Isn’t liberalism grand?
Show the video to a jury
Then charge them all with murder.
Rule of thumb is less than 25 weeks...they are not going to make it.
So...I get all that. Boy do I get that..Thumbs are sometimes broken... I'm torn...
If it had been babies of an illegal, four doctors an 3 nurses would
have worked overtime to save those babies.
Please, please PLEASE sue their Obamaholes off.
Then sue again.
Then call some hit men.
Did doctors TRY to save your baby?
Can you translate that into the common vernacular? Try English—the language.
I am guessing the mother did not have health insurance? People forget private Hospitals are a business. They survive by eking out a profit. In a socialized medicine situation, like in Canada the preemies might have had a better chance of help.
we need a few serious murder prosecututions to put an end to these Nazi style baby killings!
where’s the DA?
I looked it up. The survival rate for babies born at 22 weeks is from 0 to 10%. And those that do survive have a very high chance of being disabled.
So the math says let them die. And that’s probably what a court would rule. But there is a higher law, one that says all life is sacred. I would have let that higher law guide me if I had been there.

I guess they need to rename Columbus, OH, then so as not to insult Christopher Columbus.
I was in the medical profession when I was younger. They have seen all the different ways things end up in this situation.
Like you said the twins really didn’t have a chance at life. They did the most humane thing anyone could do; they let them die so they didn’t suffer needlessly.
It sucks, it blows, it’s a gut punch for sure but they did the right thing. If we can know when the right time to put an animal down so it doesn’t suffer; why can’t we do the same thing for our loved ones? In this case they let nature take its course. Hopefully those souls will be born again into healthy little bodies.
This kind of thing is likely one of the hardest for those pediatric doctors to do. It’s not for the weak or faint of heart. The tiny humans can’t tell anyone what is bothering them. All they can do is cry and then only if not in a coma or forced sleep.
Doesn’t stop them from providing health care to illegals. Or anyone else who comes in the door as an emergency case.
I believe the earliest case of a preemie surviving was just under 22 weeks.
Cold blooded murder. Why the hell would you ever trust your life to asshats in that hospital?!
The attempt should have been made if for no other reason than mama was watching and praying.
What was the mailman’s son Governors take on this?
