Who's this "we", ES? There IS no legal jeopardy for Free Republic for things outside people post and comment on. Getta grip! In fact, it might be a good idea if Michael Rood would read this thread and actually defend his beliefs instead of the poor stand-in that has been defending him with nothing but empty threats and bombast.
