Who's this "we", ES? There IS no legal jeopardy for Free Republic for things outside people post and comment on. Getta grip! In fact, it might be a good idea if Michael Rood would read this thread and actually defend his beliefs instead of the poor stand-in that has been defending him with nothing but empty threats and bombast. Think he'd give a straight answer or might he also just send everyone to his YouTube videos and get them to buy his books? That DOES seem to be the SOP so far.

I guess you must have come after the trouble.

Fr has been in jeopardy in the past, and we don’t need it again. FR can be held accountable for things that are posted and allowed to remain.
