I agree in prayer with these on this prayer thread who are holding up our nation to the throne of God.
O, most holy God, our Father, our Comforter, our Protector, we come before you, lifting up our nation, the United States of America. We admit to you our inability to solve its problems or to make things right. But you, Jehovah God, can do both these things. We repent of any sins in our lives and ask you to forgive us and help us to stay on the right path. We also ask you to cleanse this nation of its sins and lead her back to the right path. Cut off the power of the wicked, we pray, for you said in Psalm 1 that the way of the wicked will perish. Expose any plots and plans against the president and other leaders, we beseech you, and let them come to nought, for you said in Psalm 8 that you stop anyone who opposes you. Let the wicked be caught in their own traps, for you said in Psalm 57 that they have dug a pit in my path, but they have fallen into it themselves. Expose and put a stop to the wicked plans of those who are trying to ensnare President Trump, we pray, and remove these wicked men and women for you said in Psalm 34 that you oppose those who do evil so that when they die they are soon forgotten. And you also said in Psalm 34 that a the good man suffers many troubles, but the Lord saves him from them ALL. Please, dearest Lord, make everything right for President Trump and draw him close to you through these troubles. We love you and worship you, and we thank you for listening to our prayers and answering our requests, for we pray them in the name of your mighty and precious Son, Jesus. Amen.
