The Democratic Party charade on abortion is finally over.
Newly-elected Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez has declared that every Democrat must be 100% pro-abortion. And according to an official statement: that is not negotiable.
What does this mean?
Tolerance, diversity, and choice be damned. Every Democrat must now support the party platform which includes abortion on demand, for any reason, during any month of pregnancy, up to and including partial-birth abortion. And of course, taxpayers must pay for it.
The game is up: Fall in line, or get out.
The Democratic Party has told Catholics who believe in the sanctity of life that they are no longer welcome inside their party. Sure, theyll take your votes. But when it comes to Catholics and our belief in the dignity of unborn children and the rights of mothers — get lost!
But did you know that 23% of Democrats are pro-life?
Democratic candidates that claim to be pro-life now face a dilemma. Will they challenge their own party leadership? Or will they wimp out, and continue to take millions of dollars from Planned Parenthood and the DNC, and hope to fool voters once again?
Senators Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA), Joe Manchin (D-WV), and Joe Donnelly (D-IN), all face re-election next year. All three ran as pro-life Democrats despite their mixed records.
Will they campaign with their partys chairman?
Will they use DNC staff, and take campaign money from the national party?
And if so, what will they owe Chairman Perez?
If you are a Democrat, you can disagree with your party on health care, religious liberty, taxes, climate change you name it. But if you are not 100% on board with abortion, then you are dead to them.
Its tragic. And I wish it wasnt so.
In some ways the clarity is refreshing. We’ve endured the phony double-speak long enough.
Now its up to us to call them out. Shame them for their intolerance.
And make sure every Catholic voter knows the truth.
My tagline. The transformation is now complete, It is time for the “Democratic Party” to drop the façade. I consider Tom Perez to be the Party Secretary of the CPUSA.

Sources for this statement?
Trump, first term of George W. Bush term, Reagan — who is the fourth one?
This is not news.
The clinton witcch so much as said that if you are Catholic and a Democrat, you will have to change your way of thinking.
Or I call them CINOs — Catholics in Name Only.

2016 data is from Pew

Per Pew, the most consistent group voting for Republicans since 2004 has been White, born again, evangelical Christians voting at 78%, 74%, 78% and 81% in those races from 2004-2016.
Those Catholics that are conservative also voted in 2016 for Mr. Trump.
I lived in many us states and attended many parishes...the true numbers are even higher. http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2013/09/19/majority-of-u-s-catholics-opinions-run-counter-to-church-on-contraception-homosexuality/
But you were talking about poverty inflicted by dimocrats. Not homosexuality, contraception, etc. that the article talks about.
I think Kerry lost the Catholic vote in 2004, at least all exit polling I have seen says he did.

A 2013 article? LOL! Much has changed since then.
Media Exit Polls show Bush winning the Catholic vote.
Pew shows Bush winning the Catholic vote against Kerry also.
I said, “spiritual poverty of Culture of Death.” The Culture of Death is abortion on demand, eugenics, infanticide, normalized sexual deviancies, legalized euthanasia, assisted suicide, IVF, embryonic stem cell research...as you well know, as Pope John Paul II stated. No nation is more poverty stricken than a one killing its own people...as Mother Teresa said. (sorry for format...on my tiny phone right now.)
This could just as easily be titled Democrats to God: Get lost!
See 2012 DNC Convention.
“”As a practicing and respectful Catholic, this (partial birth abortion) is sacred ground to me when we talk about this,”” Well known Catholic, Nasty Pelosi
I pray Rosaries for Church to be healed. I hope you’re right. I haven’t witnessed it. Do you have a more recent source?
I think that gallup stuff isn’t exit polling but polling right before the election, and national election studies are stuff sent out after the election. Not that I really trust actual exit polling anyhow too much. It’s all strangers asking other strangers who they plan to vote for or who they voted for, ha.

I knew the Evangelical vote was going for him...just wasn't sure about the Catholic. Glad they finally delivered.
I hope Catholics will now see how the DNC views them.
The Catholic Church has stood staunchly against abortion, homosexuality, contraception, embryonic stem cell research and for the truth of the Bible and the Catechism. That’s why everyone hates the Catholic Church.
Nothing had been inflicted on it by the Culture of Death — it has stood against the Culture of Death for 2000 years.
Another source?
Check you Bible and your Catechism of the Catholic Church.
