The "basic facts" can only be known by what the person says about himself for others to hear and understand. I wonder how many people could read these words of yours and think you DID claim to have once been a Protestant?
...I was saved from a life in Protestantism. Deo gratias! And whereas I have met dozens of former Protestant ministers who really knew their former faith and have become Catholic...
Thankfully God has led me to the truth - the Catholic faith - and preserved me from the error of Protestantism.
No, because God already convicted me of the truth - hence, I am not a Protestant.
I can't help but think Catholic anti-Protestants intentionally deceive.
Agreed on all points.
“I can’t help but think Catholic anti-Protestants intentionally deceive.”
The facts remain the same: I NEVER ONCE CLAIMED TO BE A PROTESTANT. I was saved from that by the grace of God.
As I posted right here on FR:
“I am a Catholic. I always have been.” http://freerepublic.com/focus/religion/3488688/posts?q=1&;page=51#66
God saved me from Protestantism. I have always been Catholic. There’s no contradiction there. But we all know about the reading comprehension issues of Protestants.
