Gee, let's all pat them on the back and tell them they're okey-dokey.
From one of the worst Jersuits out there. His photo on the cover of the book tells you everything you're suspecting.

The Roman Catholic Church is lost.
Can’t wait to see the first Vatican Gay Pride Parade. At this point it’s inevitable.

I’m writing a new book.
“Johnny and Cindy like BDSM. How the Catholic Church Can Support The Whippings”
I think the Pope will approve.

I thought Jesuits were some of the toughest, meanest teachers of Catholicism there were.
What happened to them?............

The popes comments came in the wake of the shooting massacre at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Fla. Unless he entitles the book, "The Koran," the people responsible for the Orlando shootings aren't going to be reading this book.

. . . calls on the Catholic Church to be more respectful and compassionate toward gay people The most respectful and compassionate response possible toward LGBT people and all other people is to bring them closer to God,including through prayer and scripture. In many cases, that will make sinners (all of us) who are unrepentant (those who celebrate those sins) uncomfortable. That discomfort is often a necessary step toward accepting God's role in charge of our lives and abandoning the idea that we should make moral decisions based on our own vastly inferior preferences, desires, or whims.

From one of the worst Jesuits out there. His photo on the cover of the book tells you everything you're suspecting. Hate the sin, love the sinner. Ignatius of Loyala would be So disappointed in today's version of The Society of Jesus that he founded centuries ago. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ignatius_of_Loyola

Not for the past fifty years. They are a shell of their former selves.

And Roman Catholicism claims all of their teaching is based on "apostolic tradition" that can be traced back to the original apostles.

His book is not official Catholic teaching. That's the point we're trying to make. Get a grip.

What is the authority to reject this book based upon?

Martin pulls the same bait-and-swith over and over and over again. He always starts out using “gay” to denote all people with SSA. Then he oozes into using “gay” to denote sodomites. If it’s a video there’s lots of footage of male couples.

My wife left it this past winter.
She just couldn’t pretend anymore that it was “Just one bad priest/bishop/pope”.
There are multiple schism in the Roman Catholic tent.

I’m done. I wondered if I’d reach the breaking point. Denigrating the Blessed Mother by linking her with a gay rainbow is not a sacrilege I can ignore.
I won’t call myself “Catholic;” maybe Christian or Heritage Cath?
