Father, we pray for a cloak of protection for our leaders Donald Trump and Mike Pence. Guide them, and help them guide us, through the perilous waters that face our country and the world. We pray that those brave souls who assist them will be protected and kept from harm.
May those who seek to harm them be met with a refusal to quit by Your forces. Surround our leaders with Your angels. Help their families, for their courage and dedication is important to them and to us in these perilous times.

ROMANS 8:31-39
31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? The hour has come when we worship You in faith and with power, to turn away the forces of evil from our nation and from our elected national leaders.
In the name of JESUS we rebuke the devil and all his designs.
We pray for the souls of the lost and pray that you silence their bells, make incomprehensible their books, and extinguish their candles.
Make the words of their incantations to false gods escape their minds and stick in their throats.
May they fall on their knees to worship the One True God of Abraham, Isaac and Joseph; the God Who spoke to Moses on the mountain; the God Who sent His Son into the world as a sacrifice for the sins of all; the God Who sent the Comforter to stay with us at all times.

Presumably the misguided ones have recruited people from all time zones across the country. So we need to keep praying at least through 4:00 AM EST — 1:00 AM PST. It's possble many of them may stay up the night, so we should keep on through the whole night, and weekend, as we are able.
