Judging non-Catholics Seeing into the hearts of those outside the Church, the Lord will judge them by their knowledge, deeds
Msgr. Charles Pope Catholic, August 28, 2016
8/17/2016
Question: How will God judge non-Catholics at the time of their death? — William Bandle, Manchester, Missouri
Answer: Scripture says, “God does not see as a mortal ... The Lord looks into the heart” (1 Sam 16:7). Thus, God, who knows our hearts, will judge us based on what is there. Not all have had the same opportunity to come to know the Lord, his Church and the help of the sacraments. God is just; he knows this and will judge accordingly.
Jesus says, “That servant who knew his master’s will but did not make preparations or act in accord with his will shall be beaten severely and the servant who was ignorant of his master’s will but acted in a way deserving of a severe beating, shall be beaten only lightly” (Lk 12:47-48).
In terms of non-Catholics who lacked some knowledge or sacraments of the Church, God will look into their hearts and judge them based on what they reasonably could have known and their actions based on that.
Therefore, to say that God looks into the heart does not mean that he merely looks to a person’s feelings or disposition. Rather, as Scripture says, we will be judged by our deeds (see Rom 2:6-11). Did our actions correspond to what we knew was expected of us or not?
Thus, the degree of a person’s knowledge of God’s will and his obedience to that knowledge in deeds will be key on the Day of Judgment. This does not mean all non-Catholics and other nonbelievers simply get a pass. Their ignorance of full Catholic teaching must be what is called “invincible ignorance,” meaning a lack of knowledge that they could not reasonably overcome. Thus, if one is lazy or makes excuses when seeking the truth, God will take it into account.
Since the Lord alone sees into our heart, he alone will be our just judge.

But they ARE mentioned in the things a Mormon MUST do to be TOTALLY worthy! Well, whether it's Mormon magic underwear, or the Catholic scapular, ultimately, what difference at this time does it make?
On the other hand, all this stuff is useless to me. I just want to know how they plan to bluff their way into Heaven. 😀😆😄

Ping to 773 and 775Oh, now you have done it. The Mormons are going to come and harass you unmercifully. Confronting them with facts, only increases their obstinate thinking. Does that sound like any others you can think of? 😀

They've stationed their first pope at the gate. He'll let them in like a private nightclub doorman willing to be bribed.

Mormon garments (underwear) aren't secret. They are, however, sacred.
Then; I suppose; one could read about them in Mormonism's sacred writings. Let's go searching!

But if not, we will get proxy baptized for him so that he CAN make the RIGHT decision after achieving a temperature of roughly 50-55°.

There are 12 of them!
Revelation 21:10-25
10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolyte; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

I was referring to the “gate” for certain more-religious, more-pious, and more-educated FR cultists. A “gate” around the backside of Heaven, where their first pope is holding up the bottom strand of barbed wire so they can slither under with no One noticing.
Just answering the question posed.

Of, of a truth, one of the first things many on the broad way will observe upon their resurrection...a big honking white high and lifted-up seat for Almighty God or whoever He assigns to sit upon it.
You are correct sir. Many people on the broad way that leads to destruction, think the Great White Throne, is to determine whether they are saved or lost. I have news for them. The possible reason that the Great White Throne is white, is that it is white with heat. Whatever it is, it is there to determine their amount of punishment in the Lake of Fire, not to determine whether they are saved or lost. They are LOST FOREVER.
My opinion is, those of us who are saved will be there too, when the men of Ninevah rise in judgment over this generation, and condemn it, for they repented at the preaching of Jonah. When the Queen of Sheba will rise in judgment over this generation, and condemn it, for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth, to hear the wisdom of Solomon.
We will rise as well, not that we have any power to judge, we will simply agree with the judgment of God. What a terrifying moment for billions, as they frantically try to figure out how they are going to endure the flames of Hell forever. I also wonder how they will endure Hell for eternity.

Pay attention, for a moment, if you’re capable. I write critiques of serious history, under a ‘nom de plume’; for ranking publications. Snobbery is no excuse, even if it is a reason, for lack of argument and refusal to answer questions which you need to face since you chose to enter the debate here, and to present the pope as the solution to division.

An open mind is the portal to wisdom! An open mind is an invitation to deception.
Which explains a lot.....

OH my FRiend ... I think every ONE of us late bloomers can point to dozens of times when we can say, "THAT was God's miraculous hand on my life" or "THAT was when an angel held me up out of the waters"
No return yet on my passport ... still thinkin' about it I guess, but we'll have a ton of stories to share when we sit down with a small glass of tubah.

“Well, whether it’s Mormon magic underwear, or the Catholic scapular, ultimately, what difference at this time does it make? “
They are identical in spiritual value, neither an object of saving faith.
Christ alone can give eternal life to those who turn from themselves and to Him alone. Pride and self-righteousness keeps wearers of both from eternal life, by focusing on their own attempts to earn salvation through their own pitiful attempts.
They can have eternal life today, if they accept His righteousness and forsake their own.
