On the Holy Rosary

Dear Friends in Jesus and Mary,

The Holy Rosary has a very special place in my "Spiritual Life".

Recitation of the Holy Rosary has helped me to cope with the ups and downs of life.

My Mother used to often tell me, that if you are troubled in any way ---- "Go to Jesus and Mary" by reciting the Holy Rosary. They will never let you down.

When I recite the Holy Rosary, I often think of the unique and special relationship between Jesus Christ and Mother Mary during their life on earth.

I have never stopped reciting the Holy Rosary when I learnt it at the age of 10.

I believe that the Holy Rosary is a Miraculous Prayer in itself and if said with faith and devotion it is a great help on a daily basis.

Jesus is God, the second person of the trinity, who is My Lord and Savior, and so much more. More than I can possibly comprehend. He is a God who is close to me; closer to me than I am to myself. A God who loves me.

Fwiw, I'm not a Catholic. Actually, I'm not really sure where I fit in modern Christendom nor what label fits me best. I'm just another soul looking for clues and gathering data.

Though I read it as though it is exactly what it says it is, I'm still not 100% sure what to make of this material. None the less, I cannot deny how it has challenged me and broadened my understanding.

I hesitate to offer here what to me has been pearls, but perhaps there are others with a similar curiosity who would also find it valuable.

It seems that the Catholic Church claims it as part of it's teachings.
