When I look at the unfathomable vastness of the universe, the intricate workings of the solar system, the constant, predictable journey of the moon around the earth and the earth around the sun, it's incomprehensible to me that it just happened. It is inconceivable for me to believe that it was just a random occurrence, nothing more than the explosion of gases in space that luckily resulted in a nine planet solar system, with the third one from the center being the only known inhabited planet in existence.
When I consider the process by which a child is conceived and born, the complexity of plant life, the cycle of the seasons, the way a spring rain revives a dormant field and the ability of a human being to reason and love, these and so many, many other things make me know, in my heart and in my intellect, that everything that exists – down to the air we breathe – was designed and created by a being of such power and intelligence, such omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence that the human mind cannot conceive His might and His ability.
The fact is, human beings are not the evolutionary result of some amoeba that washed up on a shoreline somewhere, or whatever the popular, secular theory happens to be. Such a theory has never been and never will be proven, simply because it is not true.

Charlie Daniels hit the nail on the head, as many sober and brokenhearted Christians are asking the same question. We have enshrined in our laws those acts which God describes as abominations, and I fear that may prove to be a bridge too far. Only ten months after Obergfell v. Hodges granted legal standing to homosexual “marriage” we find ourselves unable to acknowledge the obvious difference between males and females. If the many proud and blasphemous comments following Daniels’ CNSNews column are any indication, America has closed its mind and hardened its heart and is now at war with God. How long will our just and righteous God restrain his judgment from us?

I get comfort because this exact stuff is referenced in the Bible as we get closer to His return - good will be called evil, and evil good.....

God hears those whom he has chosen. Obama is a symptom, not a root cause. The family died when no-fault divorce was invented. We abandon God every time we choose one of our other idols to worship, whether it is our job, wealth, sports teams, the perfect lawn, the vacation, early retirement, etc. Everyone who thinks that a leader can or will lead this nation “back” to God does not understand God or the work of Christ on the cross.
If you want a Godly country, then just be Godly. It’s that simple. Life is short. Eternity is forever. Don’t demand that someone else lead us to God. Just be a light to those around you. That is how it works.

We can certainly see the beginnings in the early 60s when we began to ban prayer in schools.

I can’t say whether there are or not, but should any of these “life forms” attempt to contact you just make sure you have a firm understanding of the Gospel and God’s Word. So far, all of the messages purporting to come from other “life forms” have consistently contradicted His revealed Truth.

Ealgeone, it all began in the garden. and the curse that Eve would ‘desire her husband’.
That doesn’t seem like a curse but when we understand that Eve would desire her husband’s place of authority and rule, it becomes more clear.
‘Woman’ has been desiring to wear the pants ever since- And this nation has had its women make war of patriarchy, government and the unborn, etc. All with the express intent for woman to be in Adam’s place of authority.
Abortion is a continuation of that war. So is seeing Hillary Clinton, birthed from this anti-patriarchy anti bible matriarchy, to desire the position of President of the United States.
The nation has changed from the biblical patriach system, to the garden cursed matriarch system.
