Yes, but the Greek in Galatians indicates James is the brother of Jesus. They are related as brothers....not cousins.

Again...context is your key to understanding the Word...along with the Greek.

Matt. 27:56 shows that James was the literal brother of Joseph, by a different Mary.

Also: the context in Galatians doesn't point to literal brotherhood. Just to the typical 'kinsman' or 'close relative'.
