Lol, Acts 13 doesn’t any where state Christians rested or kept the Sabbath.
Paul preached to the Jews on the Sabbath because that is the day the non believing Jews kept.

Christians keep the 8th day, since that is the day Jesus rose from the dead, fulfilling the law on our behalf.
Christians are not required to keep the Mosaic law, we are obligated to follow the commandments of Christ.
Do you know what those commandments are? ( hint, the Sabbath is not mentioned )

The sabbath was the day of worship that Paul knew to be the authentic, true sabbath of the Lord. It was the 4th commandment of God written down in scripture in multiple places and backed up by Jesus Christ and thousands of years of traditions.

Paul preached ON THE SABBATH to gentiles because that is and was the Christian day of worship.

What you're doing is looking at 1700 years of keeping Sunday and applying your understanding to scripture.

John 6:28-29

Then they asked him, "What must we do to do the works God requires?"

Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."

John 6:28-29
Then they asked him, "What must we do to do the works God requires?

1 John 3:21-23
Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him.
And this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us.

James 1:27
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
