DENVER, Colorado -
Four Christian Universities in Oklahoma lost a religious freedom case Tuesday in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. A district court temporarily stopped enforcement of the Obama administration's abortion-pill mandate after the universities objected to it in 2013.
The appeals court overturned that ruling Tuesday saying it's the insurance companies that provide the contraception not the universities.

Just another loss against the Constitution by local Judges! There have been so many rulings that go against the Constitution lately that it is really hard to keep track! We are definitely on a downward slope and the Constitution be damned! After all, we can always determine their words to mean whatever we want them to...

I would have been one of the last to say the America would come close to collapse but lately it is happening. With the judges rulings way out of bounds (crazy to me) and the folks rebelling over silly things (call it political correctness gone wild), anything is possible!
I really fear for my son by thank goodness I won’t be around for the madness...
Who pays the insurance companies, judge?
Might I make a suggestion to those universities? Just do away with the whole Lambeth council and start preaching against contraception. Reaching their students/employees is the real way to fight this.

Can someone help me out? I thought that we had won this battle last year at the Supreme Court Hobby Lobby case.
Am I missing something?
