Last October, we saw the filth and lies of these same bishops put forward in a Synod of the Church that would literally anoint sodomy for the "gifts" it can bring to the Church. All under the eyes of Pope Francis himself.

Jesus told us this would happen. We should not be surprised. Maybe this whole thing with the Blood Moons is real after all. I was hoping it wasn’t

Actually, the Catholic Church has become just another political arm of those in charge, thus destroying their right to preach morality.

One cannot blame the institution for the actions of those who go against the institution.

And if any Catholic on the USSC were to allow his Catholic faith to influence a decision with which many conservatives disagreed, those conservatives would be all over him for allowing his faith to influence his decision!

But Alito, Roberts, Scalia, and Thomas all are Catholic.

Why attack pro-marriage conservatives with a false accusation, to defend gay marriage voting Catholics?

The judges don't say that they are voting for, or against, Catholic doctrine do they?

Kagan and Ginsberg are Jewish.

Will those who trash the never-to-be-sufficiently damned Roamin' Caffliks say word one about them?

These arguments never seemed to be part of the debate in America

Oh, but they were. The same arguments were used here in the U.S.

We aren’t importing more Jewish voters by the 10s of millions, and they are not 23% of the population, and turning states blue.

Prostrate Cancer

I wish writers would read what they wrote before publishing instead of relying on wordspell.

I would say that all Christians are responsible for this mess.

The Word is not fully preached out of fear of being called a bigot.

The people do not want to engage in the political discourse and/or refuse to see how politics impacts their lives.

The people want their ears tickled but not hear the complete Truth.

Good article/blog. Too many Catholics get defensive about this. They focus on the individual Catholics in the decision rather than the big picture. Catholics need to see the big picture here. What happened in DC is part of a larger issue: that most of the Catholic hierarchy isn’t Catholic. We are in the midst of the Great Apostasy...which began in 1965.

the never-to-be-sufficiently damned Roamin’ Caffliks

that little snippet falls distinctly into the category of ‘Wish I’d thought of something like that...’

you really need to change your drumbeat a bit, and start blaming the real factor for the blueing of America...females...particularly females of any cultural stripe, including Protestants, in the age group 18-45...

and you know what, that’s only going to get worse, as our society seems intent on empowering girls from cradle to voting booth...

yes, but many people suffering prostate cancer are in fact prostrate...

like my wise ass buddy in the fifth grade used to sing at church ‘let angels prostate fall...’

you have a curious notion of garbage, indeed...this seems, to my apparently untidy mind, quite a succinct summation of an unfortunate situation...
