The Bible teaches that Yeshua, the son, is eternal, not a part of time/space.

John 8:58

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

The son existed eternally before he was born into a human body.

Funny, that's not what John says
John 1:
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.

John says there was a beginning that Jesus was there for.

You say eternal and John says there was a beginning. Beginning is a starting point. That begs the question of, beginning of what? Hmmmm?

And if He's always been with the Father, how can one be a Father and one a Son? Father's come first.

With the doctrines of the Nicean churches barring your way, you'll never get to the truth of that question.
