Yes. Even in old age he conspired against real Jewish refugees in order to physically harm them. Were Jews robbed, raped, and murdered as a direct result of his conspiracy ? Probably. Jews were prey, and to deprive them of legal protection and sanctuary among the Gentiles was at least a rape sentence for the women. In any case he will stand trial for his works. His hatred of Jews is a denial of the Gospel and an abrogation of the commandment of Messiah. He poisoned not only Germany, but much of Europe. His religion is a cruel farce and those with his spirit are false brethren. They corrupt the scriptures in their own image. But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. How We USE the Bible
This isn't an Inquisitorial Court, 'probably' doesn't make it as a standard of proof. But I forget this is the OTC and they can make up the rules as they go.
As to the charges against the OTC's AS, we have no need for 'probably'. They were certain, trumpeted by the OTC herself. Some Catholics today feign outrage but turn the eye and bend the knee.
As for the Scripture, what a beautiful description of the claimed leaders of the OTC and its blind adherents.
