his face buried in his hat, with the stone in it

Oh Joey had rocks behind his face alright...
I just can’t, wardaddy. I can’t bring myself to visualize the act - the actual physical act - or being unhelpful to LGBT rights. It’s just not how I was brought up I guess. It just seems disgusting and unnatural to me.
Out of a list of 41 different denominations, there were only 12 which said no to all of the following.
Allow gay membership, ordains, blesses unions, marries
Adventist
Assemblies of God
Christian Reformed Church in North America
Church of the Nazarene
Evangelical Presbyterian Church
Lutheran Church Missouri Synod
Orthodox Presbyterian Church
Traditionalist Catholic
Presbyterian Church in America
Southern Baptist Convention
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons)
United Pentecostal Church International
All of the others varied, so maybe there are more Churches with a big problem than with out one.
Out of all those denominations you listed, there’s only one where tithing is mandatory to attain the “highest degree” of Heaven, that is L.D.S. and I’m sure they are salivating at the thought of making all those high earning homosexuals full members of their churches.
I believe it was “Elsie” who postulated this. Makes sense to me.
You see, O Infidels, as one advances up the rungs of LDS worthiness, one may become a God on another planet, or in another world. Just because the Scientologists promulgate a similar doctrine doesn't mean it ain't true. It's just that great theological minds like Joe Smith, and L. Ron Hubbard* tend to think alike.
Use your Logic, peeps. How do we know that Mitt has not been granted godhood on our planet? I mean, just in case, shouldn't we all vote for him? The thought of possibly pissing off a god possibly appointed to rule my planet kind of makes me itchy, in a theological way, of course. Just thank Allah The All-Wise that in order to avoid confusion, L. Ron Hubbard, to the best of my knowledge, is not running for office at this time.
And Golux, Oleg Cassini had nothing to do with the design of Ummim and Thurim, the spectacles Joe Smith used to read and translate the golden plates. They are much more Dolce and Gabbana, possibly Ralph Lauren, as is the spiffy waistcoat he is wearing in the photograph posted above.
*Golux, drop the sarcasm. You should appreciate L. Ron Hubbard more than most of us landlubbers. Scientology is the only world-class religion with the same rules as a yacht club, including a dress code for the Flag Officers.
Nana and Elsie, as potential distaff members of the LDS, you should appreciate the Mormon choice of marriages offered. You could have both married Joe Smith in Time, in Eternity, or in Time AND Eternity. Ditto Mitt!
It appears that the NEXT generation (of voters) will be 'brought up' a wee bit differently.
And yet...
And yet...
Where's the 'list'?
I'd like to see if MY denomination was on it; or is being tarred with a big brush by accident.

There IS a solution!
How do you post jpgs here? i know it’s prob html, but what is the html please? :)
“We just needed a Peep Stone Prophet with a Pecker Problem, who banged anything that bent over, to fable up us a new testament, so we can all ignore the True Gospel, and ride our way to hell with celestial babies popping out like a pez dispenser...”

LOL
This is the list I was looking

Should be easier after Mitt sweeps to victory in 2016.
Apparently, tho, the Mormon jesus made lds leaders Gordon Hinckley & Bruce McConkie (see quotes below) such "judges" as to who acceptably worships the Mormon god, eh???
Lds Source | Lds Leaders Say: 'Different Christ' | Bible indicates: 'Different Christ' |
Lds official publication Ensign; BYU Press; Lds curricula - Melchizedek Priesthood Study Guide | It is true that many of the Christian churches worship a different Jesus Christ than is worshipped by the Mormons. LDS publication, Ensign Magazine, May 1977, p. 26; "True and saving worship is found ONLY among those who know the truth about God and the Godhead, and who understand the true relationship men should have with each member of that Eternal Presidency." ("Our Relationship with the Lord," in Fireside and Devotional Speeches, 1981-82 (Provo: BYU Press, 1982), p. 97 -- this quote republished in official Lds curricula publication in 1983, 1986, Come unto Christ: Melchizedek Priesthood Personal Study Guide, 1984/1988, p. 45) | Christians worship a Christ who can receive direct prayer (Acts 7:59; Mormons even militate vs. their own "scripture" on this -- see 3 Nephi 19:18, 24-26) |
Lds "apostle" Bruce R. McConkie | "And virtually all the millions of apostate Christendom have abased themselves before the mythical throne of a mythical Christ whom they vainly suppose to be a spirit essence who is incorporeal uncreated, immaterial and three-in-one with the Father and Holy Spirit" (Lds "apostle" Bruce R. McConkie, Mormon Doctrine, pg.269). | The Christ of Christianity is 'mythical' per an Lds "apostle"? And Mormons imagine that they haven't somehow wielded a direct attack upon Christians worldwide? May I remind Mormons that Lds continued to publish McConkie's "Mormon Doctrine" book? (The Mormon church got ahold of the direct copyright, acquiring it from Bookcraft, and then publishing it under its direct ownership umbrella -- Deseret Book Publishing -- in 1993) McConkie's book was published/republished under 7, count 'em 7, Mormon "prophets" (McKay, Lee, Kimball, Benson, Hunter, Hinckley, Monson). Only McKay conveyed strongly that alterations needs to be forthcoming after the initial edition, and revisions were made...but not enough to keep from embarrassing the Mormon faithful ever since! |
All of that makes their recent actions less surprising.
