You work for an organization that has murdered MILLIONS of babies and you want understanding and empathy?

Pro-abortion activists have ran down peaceful pro-life demonstrators with automobiles.

What if a church member ran her over with their vehicle? Would that make things better?

What if I had been ministered to instead of shunned by that church?

Well, if my aunt had testicles she would have been my uncle.........

Discipline is one of the marks of a true church. Unrepentant, disruptive members sometimes need to be removed from the body. While the goal of discipline should be restoration, sometimes a cancer needs to be cut out.

If she was a member of the church, then she is claiming to have been a believer, not an unbeliever. She was arrogantly living the life of an unbeliever while pretending to be a believer. The church acted properly.

I doubt very seriously that the church just “threw her out.” Every case of church discipline I have seen or read of had the pastor or a deacon talk to the person, then a group with the pastor in charge, then church discipline was enacted.

And I have seen every church I was a part of give to the poor in their midst, help with food and clothing, reach out with prayer and solutions. If I knew there was hunger in my group, my family did something about it.

I do not buy it. It sounds like a sob story designed to justify their actions.

The answer is keep her in the church and minister to her.

What if people of faith had been standing outside that abortion clinic that I went for my first abortion in 2000? You see, I walked in alone.

You walked in alone toots because those of us who stood outside KILL-YOUR-BABY abortion mills were scorned, spat-on, shunned and often ARRESTED for standing up for LIFE while trying to PREVENT YOU from MURDERING YOUR BABY.

The rest of this article isn't worth spit. When you lie at the beginning, there's no reason to believe a single truthful word follows.

“i kill babies in my spare time... why the church has a problem with that is beyond me. i should be allowed to stay in their organization and spread my version of life to any that would listen”

typical libtard

we need to start shunning these people. if they want redemption, that’s fine... but let’s not kid ourselves. this is a war and they want to get inside the fence to spread their poison.

Here is the process of excommunication straight from the Bible. They have the right to kick her out if they told her that her actions are sinful and she continued to do it.

Matthew 18:15–20

15 “If another believer* sins against you,* go privately and point out the offense. If the other person listens and confesses it, you have won that person back. 16 But if you are unsuccessful, take one or two others with you and go back again, so that everything you say may be confirmed by two or three witnesses. 17 If the person still refuses to listen, take your case to the church. Then if he or she won’t accept the church’s decision, treat that person as a pagan or a corrupt tax collector.

And the reason they did it:

1 Corinthians 5:5

5 Then you must throw this man out and hand him over to Satan so that his sinful nature will be destroyed* and he himself* will be saved on the day the Lord* returns.

Did Abby contact the church to verify the story and ask about their process? Or did she race to the computer to make sure the details made it in the book?

Not enough details to make a judgement call.

humm. can’t really tell if this woman is a lousy christian or the “church” is a lousy assembly of christians from her presentation. not enough data on how the church found out about it (did she confess, etc.) and exactly the steps they took in order with her. either could be faulted with more evidence. would be curious to hear the “church’s” side.

for example. she talks about ministry. a pastor whom i trust once said that true “ministry” is summed up by the degree to which you, as a mere human child of God, can “stand in” or reflect for the same non-believer, or fallen away or troubled believer the actions or advice or message the Lord Jesus, Himself would give. Obviously that would be contingent on how much in the Spirit you are in at that moment. at this moment, given additional evidence, i could see Jesus telling his apostles to do what the assembly did, or to forgive and accept this woman back into the assembly.

anyway, unlike this christian author, I don’t recall the Lord Jesus leaning on “what if’s” and/or looking back on a sinner’s past as he helps them anywhere in the Gospels.

that and the fact that God knew and would allow every step she and those around her would take in this matter—before the foundation of the world—is also problematic for this author. the way this happened was exactly the way God planned it.

i think she’d best take her own advice in the beginning and look forward. forget about her past.

So, how does it feel to not have a chance or a choice? The church didn’t want you to poison others, so it figuratively “aborted” you.
