Is Prayer/Veneration/Worship to Mary Biblical?

The reason for this article is to determine if the worship/veneration given to Mary by the catholic church is justified from a Biblical perspective. This will be evaluated using the Biblical standard and not man’s standard.

It still remains an idol made by mens hands regardless if Mary is holding a child or not...there are plenty faiths that also use a cild in their idols

Moses and Elijah appeared with Jesus at the Transfiguration. They represented the Law and the Prophets, of which Jesus was the fulfillment.

Peter was ready to set up tents, booths, as was the custom for visitors, ie Moses and Elijah.

Your Mary is not the Mary of the Bible rather one that is designed, created, molded and made into an idol for worship.

“Each of you, get rid of the vile images you have set your eyes on, and do not defile yourselves with idols ...... I am the LORD your God.”...Ez.20:7

Not according to God, you aren't and you can't:

They’re offering themselves ‘entirely’ to a false mary...not Jesus as He has said to do.

They’re ‘devoting’ themselves to her...their “whole being”....as a “possession” and “property”....not to Jesus.

That prayer is people putting their focus, hope, and prayers in Mary instead of Jesus. That’s is heresy. It is idolatry........It would be impossible for a true Christian to make that commitment....

Because if Jesus had not come and died, and rose again from the dead, NO ONE would have been able to enter Heaven. Do you HONESTLY believe that God created races of people who don’t have the chance to know Him, just so they could fry in Hell? God loves All His children, and gives the one who have the chance a free will to choose whether or not to love Him in return.

Mary is Jesus’ mother, and the Queen of the eternal, redeemed Davidic Kingdom. She is the Queen of Heaven. See the Bible.

You left out this passage in the Bible about the Queen of Heaven, Jeremiah chapters 7 and 44 are the ONLY places where the term, Queen of Heaven, is found and it is NEVER about Mary but a false goddess that got the Jews in BIG trouble with God:

“Therefore this is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: I am determined to bring disaster on you and to destroy all Judah. I will take away the remnant of Judah who were determined to go to Egypt to settle there. They will all perish in Egypt; they will fall by the sword or die from famine. From the least to the greatest, they will die by sword or famine. They will become a curse and an object of horror, a curse and an object of reproach. I will punish those who live in Egypt with the sword, famine and plague, as I punished Jerusalem. None of the remnant of Judah who have gone to live in Egypt will escape or survive to return to the land of Judah, to which they long to return and live; none will return except a few fugitives.”

Then all the men who knew that their wives were burning incense to other gods, along with all the women who were present—a large assembly—and all the people living in Lower and Upper Egypt, said to Jeremiah, “We will not listen to the message you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord!
