That is exactly what I meant when I wrote this recently:
Before this thread, I thought my hatred of CatholicISM was simple: Transubstantiation, the priests and the hierarchy, rote prayers, tradition, dynamic interpretation of tradition, ignorance of Gods Word, reducing Jesus Christs importance, works-salvation, paid divorces, Mariology, intercessory prayer, Christ on the crucifix, infant baptism, purgatory, Narthax sales, and a few more things (feel free...) Now Im struck with how confusing CatholicISM is to its adherents. This has been like playing Whack-A-Mole. The contradictions, the subject changes, the endless desperation to hang on to what is obviously wrong, and more.
