Seriously? That’s your defense or whatever you think it is? They did it too? Most of us gave up that childish nonsense before kindergarten. I may remind you also that there is not confession to any of those so called “protestants” nor is their any pretense of “being able to forgive or not forgive” as there is with a priest in the Catholic religion. Pope Clement VII (1523–1534), also a Medici, whose power-politicking with France, Spain, and Germany got Rome sacked.
