Are you asking whether each Protestant considers every Catholic-labelled-them-as-Protestant to also be servants of the most High Lord? I have read this question three times and even asked one of the Protestants here at work, what this questions means and we are both stymied.

The Protestant being asked the question, or the Catholic doing the asking? Will the term be defined, before the answer is demanded?
