Actually God says otherwise.
Both Jesus and Paul, in no uncertain terms, recommended celibacy for those who could bear it.
Jesus said no such thing. Paul did say (1 Corinthians 7) to young women it would be better to remain single and devote oneself to God, BUT, if the sexual desires were overwhelming, one should marry as a suitable outlet. Very few people have diminished sexual desire.
Read the gospels. You are in for a surprise.
And if you don’t take Jesus seriously, read St. Paul.
