No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds. 2 Corinthians 11:13-14
What do you call someone who is a student of new age psychology and spiritualism? Do you call them new agers? Do you call them seekers? Would you dare call them Christian? Well, if youre Roma Downey, then yes, you would call yourself all the above.

They don’t intend to see it. Too may errors in her Bible show.

You go to a Spirit filled church.
Yeah. She did a meditation CD for John Edwards using the Rosary.
Thanks. I think they have discernment too.
If this film was faithful to God’s Word, it would be getting the same treatment from Hollywood that Joni Eareckson Tada got from the Oscars.
I had wanted to see “The Bible” series, but heard it was heresy. Now that I’ve heard more about Downey and her husband, and heard more about their work and who supports it, I don’t have to see this film to know it’s also not faithful to God’s Word. (cont’d)
Just as troubling is how many Christian leaders are embracing this movie, although it’s hardly surprising from Rick Warren and Joel Osteen. So much of the visible church is more business than ministry, even though most of their message is basically the true Gospel. On a program that recently aired on my local Christian radio station, “Pastor” Nadia Bolz-Weber was interviewed, which was like interviewing Episcopal Bishop Gene Robinson if you haven’t heard of her. The program hosts said we might not agree with all her beliefs but blah blah blah. This woman is a liberal mainline Protestant who essentially denies the Gospel, yet she was showcased on a Bible-believing program. Compromising for the sake of numbers is the foundation of most of the church in America these days.

He is THE New Age guru these days. Getting caught up in New Age beliefs is deadly because it denies reality itself. Psychosis often results.
Anything that isn’t Bible based and God centered is dangerous because you’re messing around in that “other” guys’ mud pit.
People who don't know the Lord look for comfort elsewhere because they have no hope or knowledge of eternity with God.
I believe that they are speaking to demonic spirits.
