Serving up an extra helping of pickled red herring, eh?
I suppose from the protestant perspective of moral relativism with regards to different sins, that comment might make sense.

I suppose from the Protestant perspective of moral relativism with regards to different sins, that comment might make sense. It makes as much sense as some of the arguments from the other side. Catholics twist everything to their perspective of the THE CHURCH as the ONE and ONLY TRUE CHURCH despite evidence their leaders are faulty and human, their doctrines change and past actions are abhorrent. They don't seem any different from many other churches other than their boastful claim and rituals.

Mortal sin anyone?
Venial sin anyone?

I suppose from the protestant perspective of moral relativism with regards to different sins, that comment might make sense. Of course!
I suppose from the Catholic perspective of moral superiority with regards to authority, that comment makes sense because of the OTHER comment that caused it's generation.
