I answered your reply and it looks like it was removed by the moderator, for what reason I don’t know. I never personally attacked anyone. I only told you I think it is absolutely impossible for anyone that has an unbiased knowledge of Christian history to leave Catholicism for Prostantism.
I also said the greatest living Christian theologian is named Joseph Ratzinger, who went on to become Pope Benedict 16th. His entire life has been devoted to studying the gospels. He has a genius IQ and I think if Joseph Ratzinger never converted to Prostantism the Catholic Church is the One, True, Faith. If not there is no way on earth that Joseph Ratzinger would still be a Catholic.

John Henry Newman knew the Bible inside and out and was England’s leading theologian when he decided to become a Catholic. He was hated all over England for the rest of his life because he spoke the truth about the Christian faith. Hopefully one day soon he’ll be a canonized saint.

If the entire religion knew about it and failed to do something, then YES.
In the case of Catholicism, it sets the standards from the top down. The problems with liberal Catholics are so widespread that yes, the entire hierarchy is responsible.
This sort of thing with the liberal politicians has been going on for decades and the church STILL gave Kennedy a Catholic funeral. They have not even distanced themselves from the liberal politicians, much less reprimanded them, so yes, the entire denomination is culpable since the entire denomination is aware. None of it is being done in a closet.
