Nun who gave birth in Italy 'unaware of pregnancy'

A nun who gave birth to a baby boy in the central Italian city of Rieti, said she had no idea she was pregnant, local media report.
The 31-year-old was rushed to hospital with abdominal pains, which she thought were stomach cramps.
The young mother, who is originally from El Salvador, reportedly named her newborn Francis after the current Pope.

Having been pregnant three times, it is inconceivable that someone could NOT know they are pregnant.
There is simply NO not feeling the kicking in the ribs and tap dancing on the bladder, not to mention the other signs of a pregnancy that happen when a woman becomes pregnant.
She must have been in an unbelievable state of denial.

And yet, we hear about cases like this (didn't know until the birth) not infrequently.
One would think fluid retention, swelling breasts and ballooning up 30 pounds in a few months, would be a Clue.
