Amen sister. They are more anti-Catholic than Christian and my experience is that they do more harm to themselves. Ignore the bigots and the snarky ones.

The vast majority of illegals are Catholic of course, and the Hispanics attend mass at a very similar rate to non-Hispanic Catholics, the numbers vary from polls and how methods.

LOL, I know.

I’m just a little sensitive to them after a rather difficult exchange with them on another thread this week.

Sigh.

You abandoned the Bride of Christ because of a prudential homily? Sounds like your faith was pretty weak to begin with. I'd bet you saw that homily as just a convenient catalyst to pull the rip cord.

You are right, kind of like a straw breaking the camels back. I realized the Church promoted tyranny and oppression in the past and was leading us into a new era of tyranny and oppression.

No, I’ll be at Mass. I have to give some things to people.

Raise hell during mass and walk out. Any respect the church has had is long gone with their march towards liberalism.

Actually we were collecting signatures to strengthen the “conscience clause” in the HHS mandate.

Signed it once!

My grandfather rode a horse into a church during services.

If he could do that, then you can raise a little Cain for the right cause.
