Catholics can claim all they want that Peter is the rock on which Christ's church is built, but God doesn't recognize any other Rock.

That means Catholics are fighting God on this, not Protestants.

Non-Catholics didn't make that up, they are just conveying the message from the Word of God.

Surely we must agree that God's Name, The Rock, is an infinitely higher Truth than His having applied the word to Abraham and Peter, His first called in Judaism and Christianity respectively.

If that were not so, the designation would be meaningless.
