Of course not, I have not asserted anything of the sort. Neither have I said anything to the effect that this Civil War is the one spoken of in Isaiah. I have only said that Isaiah told us that Egypt will siffer a civil war...

Someone will breach the Aswan dam and Lower Egypt will be washed away down to the rocks. This is not prophecy - just a common sense conclusion when you have a massive lake behind a dam at the mercy of the millions of crazies that live in the Middle East.
That scenerio doesn’t desolate the land for 40 years though. Why does the author assume that the end of the 40 years will occur during the 1000 year reign? I’m not being snarky, just curious.

The country and the whole Western world is sliding down the throat of the porcelain god in the big bathroom of history and the thing to do is pump the Christ Surrenders , Evacuates, and Hands Satan the Planet Doctrine instead of telling people to turn back to Christ, repent of their sins, then live an exemplary Christian life while working to lead others to Christ.

Ninety percent of the dope dealers, serial wife beaters, and murderers I used to lead around in shackles knew more about "End Times" prophecy than most of the blog pimps with a "prophecy ministry" do and every one of them knew they would be "Ruptured" out of prison along with the righteous because they'd said the magic words when they were a kid.
Preaching all the dozens of different prophecy interpretations has become a total distraction from preaching Christ and Him crucified. People come to the end of their own time every day and in this country a lot of them go into eternity and eternal damnation leaving a big collection of books by prophecy hucksters behind for their equally lost heirs to sell on EBay. That's the real result of "prophecy ministry" in this country.
