Halla the puppy has crashed
No doubt we are their slaves, lol. Even in good times..but even more so in bad times.
She might be running game a little bit on you. But ya know what? If she is..she has a thought process. :)
I’ll keep you nad yours in my prayers.

Thanks so much for the updates, Salamander! Prayers ongoing from here. I am still trying to get caught up, but it looks like the bottom line is that Miss Hallagirl is a scrapper & a true lover of life- so put nothing past her & rejoice in every beautiful moment. Even when they scare you to death & leave you broke, they are blessings)
(Gypsy is gorgeous, btw, as Gypsies are wont to be :-D speaking of scrappers & lovers of life. LOVE the pictures!)
Another ‘so far, so good’ day.
Still a snot about food but feisty as can be.
She jumped up and punched me in the face when I came in the room and bit my shins the whole way out to the back door, with bunny-running zoomies the whole time.
;D
Halleleujah, and yippee kai yay! What a great update :)
So glad to hear that she is feistier by the day, and certainly gotta love those zoomies ;}
Thank You Lord, for these funny critters we share our lives with, and for the lessons they try to teach us.
and that can really make your eyes water.
What a great update Sal.Maybe you'd just better keep an eye on that sofa!
“Crazy World” is being ~glad~ that your dog is beating you senseless.
;]
[one day she’s gonna “zoomie” me right into the ER]
It was a left hook to my right jawbone.
Missed my eyes, complete...thank God.
My legs are starting to look like hubby abuses me.
[it’s those whirling dervish zoomie butt-whacks of hers]
Last week I came in with a fresh bowl of cooked hamburger and she leaped up and bonked it with her snoot and sent it flying all over me and the floor.
I’m pretty sure she’s trying to kill me.
:)
Here’s hoping and praying that her youthful health and enthusiasm continue, but that she calms enough to stop beating the stuffing out of you.
She is so beautiful.
Amen to that, lol!! Years back, when our old Boog was a young pup, he had the peculiar habit of jumping up to kiss you if you sneezed...laughs. We even had to warn folks to always guard with outstretched hands : o
Well, I didn’t guard well enough one day, and since I tend; as my dear old Dad used to say; “to make a Federal case out of it” ; P with my head quickly swinging forward and down, and HIS head moving due north FAST, we met right in the middle - HARD. LOL!!!
He of course, was none the worse for wear, but I, alas, had a black eye that Joe Frazier could have sported....The weirdest part, was how people would look at me, and then look away REAL fast! Even some folks who knew me : o I would tell them about the dog, and they would relax and laugh a little. Lol, my poor husband!! He said they probably assumed the worst, so then I would tell ‘em that if they thought my shiner was bad, they should see my husband ; P
Here is to no ER trips, and another good day my FRiend.
Blessings to all :)

LOL! Your friends thinking the worst.
I walked into a closet door and got a spectacular shiner. There was a busy body at work who was absolutely harassing
me about leaving my darling, sweet, gentle husband and going to a women’s shelter and calling the cops on him.
I could NOT convince this woman that I truly did walk into a door. My boss had to step in and ban her from our offices.
Still, she would walk by my desk and examine my exposed skin, arms, face, neck. She never spoke, but she was
obviously looking for evidence.
Also, one day I had a wash-off tattoo on my chest, a rose and leaves. She started lecturing me about abusing my skin,
and I told her it was a temp. She, again, refused to believe me. However, I washed it off that night and when she came
by to examine me the next day, she walked off in a huff!
It’s funny in retrospect, however, someone who is that convinced that someone else is a liar, is an obvious liar herself.
Creepy lady.

I pray that Jesus has already welcomed our little baby into Heaven.
My inexpressible gratitude to all of you who stood with us.
Shari
Oh Sal, no.
I am so, so sorry.
She left us as she came, unexpectedly and suddenly.
I probably won’t be on here much for a while.
I just wanted everyone to know.
I have to go pick up all her toys in the bedroom while hubby and his friend are burying her.
Her daddy is taking this very hard.
Please pray for him.
So sad to read. Condolences.
All my best to you and yours...
(((Huggs)))
I am so so so sorry for your loss..RIP little Halla
