In a candid interview with Dr. Boyce Watkins about gang violence, Father Michael Pfleger of The Faith Community of St. Sabina in Chicago’s Auburn Gresham neighborhood, provides an explicit definition of abortion. It is his belief that anything stopping another human being from fulfilling their God-given purpose is a form of abortion.
Father Pfleger also discusses the Peace Tournament he organized that included four of Chicago’s most powerful gangs, or as he references them,”organizations” that came together to play a peaceful game of basketball. He explains how he continues to assist members of the organizations by helping them acquire their education and by prepping them for jobs.

On the true meaning of abortion:
"We always link abortion to something that goes on in a womb, in a clinic. If we believe that every single human being has a G0d-given destiny and purpose then anything, anything that cuts short that person from reaching that destiny, that divine purpose — that’s a form of abortion. We just narrow abortion. So bad education is abortion. No jobs are abortion. Racism is abortion. Poverty is abortion. So when we start to look at that way… So you know, let’s stop aborting these kids out here..."

Given the state of the inner cities while a black man is in the White House, does this men Obama is aborting black youth?
Pfleger publicly mocks pro-life people in exactly the same terms used by other pro-aborts. He is merely attempting to appropriate the word “abortion” to push other issues he actually cares about.
Why does he continue to wear a collar? Because the Cardinal Archbishop of Chicago is gutless.

Yeah. It’s too late for Ted Bundy but Charlie Manson needs to give him a call. Then again Charlie’s purpose may be to be a clown for other inmates and wear out prison mattresses. But who are we to say that? Give Pfleger a call, Chuck!
He’s right. We should stop ignoring black teenagers and start holding them accountable for every anti-social act word and/or deed for which they are responsible. We should start treating them like the nascent adults they are and expect them to support the children they bring into this world without showering them with EBT cards, free rent and SSDI “crazy checks” for the kids. We should hold them accountable for every crime the criminal organizations they belong to commit. We should stop calling it a tragedy when they get shot to death while committing crimes.
Proving once again that a Basketball game can solve every problem in the black community.
