Three persons = three personalities. It’s not like he is preaching to a bunch of theologians.

You should have included Joel Osteen rather than Ed Young, Jr.

It's possible they're just really sloppy.

There's a storefront church in town who includes this in their homegrown SOF: "We believe in one God, Creator of Heaven and Earth. This one God has revealed himself to man as The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost ...Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles of this one God."
