I’ve been there, although without the student loans. I never got those. What I ended up doing was getting favors from relatives. Ended up taking a job with relatives.
Heavenly Father -
Open the door and guide caldera599 to the place in Your perfect will. Bless and provide for daily needs. May You be glorified in Your care for Your servant.
Amen
Hang in there. I was in the same boat as you, just found employment. A few tips:
1) Don’t discount jobs that you think are “beneath” you.
2) Take on several jobs and any side work you can.
3) Remember that (a) God is good, (b) God is in control, and (c) God is victorious. Have faith and trust in Him. I will pray for you.
Prayers up!
((((hugs)))) Will say special prayers on Tuesday.,God Bless,Fatima
You haven’t filled out your Home Page on FReeRepulic so we don’t know what State you live and you don’t tell us what job you are looking for. Please be specific and you may find a job.
Prayers going up. I hope you find something soon. My husband and I have found ourselves in the same situation, but fortunately have enough in savings for the time being.
A couple of people in our condo area are currently unemployed and the condo board hired them to do the things that the lawn care company was not keeping up with. Just and idea.
Praying for your intention.
Prayers up!
Oh Lord hear our prayers.
We thank you for this day, this hour, this minute, this second - and we lift Caldera up to you in his hour of need.
Please clear a path for him as he seeks employment.
Your way is clear, your will be done.
Amen.
Prayers. Hoping you find something quickly.
I’m praying for you.
Your Father owns everything and everyone. You have Connections in high Places!
Just keep moving your feet and don’t worry about what is out of your control. Turn it over to Him. It will be alright.

Yes there are lots of good paying jobs in N. Dakota. The weather and housing sucks, but you’ll make money.
I have been out of work many times in my life, (73 years) and I always found something to do. I rented an abandoned service station and went into the auto repair business (I did know how to repair autos). I rented a building, bought a rivit machine, went arount to trucking companies and retrieved their worn out brake shoes, and went into the brake relining business. I stripped the old shoes, cleaned and painted them, relined them, put them in a kit with the necessary hardware and resold them to trucking companies in a three state area....very successful. I have a friend who was the manager of a large credit union who lost his job due to a merger of two companies. He now runs his own lawn care center....40 or 50 customers and you can live pretty good!!!.
look everywhere, pass up nothing...does your local prison/juvenile correction facility need help??? does your local school system need help, even in maintenance or janitorial servives???
Keep your head up, don't wait for something to be laid at your doorstep..it ain't going to happen!!!
I've been there. I know what you're going through.
Have you checked into deferring your student loan.
Praying now.
God just fix it, would you?
